Case Manager
Current Case Manager(s): Robin Sisson
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain an investigations log.
* Contacting and scheduling investigations for ARPAST.
* Client contact in reference to investigations, scheduling, further assistance, etc.
* Assist in lectures, workshops, events, etc.
* Develop and maintain client follow-up procedures and log.
* Serve as primary liaison between ARPAST and clients.
* Research of investigation cases (i.e. addresses property history, family history, etc.)
* Work with Research Manager in reference to cases.
* Assist in examination of evidence and coordinate team to examine evidence after an investigation.
* Assist in revealing of evidence to clients after investigations.
* Keep up on training, research projects, investigation skills, and other ARPAST duties.
Team Leader
Current Team Manager(s): Varies
Responsibilities:
* Assist in orientation and training of new team members.
* Attend all orientations and interviews of new team members.
* Assist in recruiting and retention of all new and existing team members.
* Assist all department managers in assuring your team members assigned to you are completing their assigned duties and with any other aspects needed for successful completion of all tasks.
* Assist in conducting and coordinating meetings, events, etc. if ARPAST founders are not available.
* Assist in making sure all ARPAST members are in proper uniform at all times during investigations and events.
* Assist in coordination of special events, lectures, etc.
* Assist any team members with issues concerning code of conduct, etc.
* Coordinate and schedule teams for investigations, events, etc.
* Keep up on all research projects, training, investigation skills, and ARPAST duties.
Public Relations Director
Current Public Relations Director(s): TBD
Description: This individual would be the external, public face of ARPAST, and would be responsible for promoting the organization in a positive manner. This position will be responsible developing, coordinating, and implementing external communications to promote ARPAST's overall mission to key targeted audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with legitimate research organization, reporters, television producers and others.
* Develop regional, national and international communication and media strategies, including the development of key messages for ARPAST research projects.
* This individual will produce written materials including press releases, press advisories, op-eds, letter to the editors, fact sheets, etc.
* Identify, brief and train ARPAST members to act as spokespeople.
* Facilitate the needs of media requests including background materials, appropriate spokespeople, etc.
* Oversee the monitoring of media coverage relevant to ARPAST's overall mission.
* Write quickly, succinctly, and respond efficiently to breaking news.
* Coordinate media events such as press conferences.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors.
Technical Specialist
Current Technical Specialist(s): Jeff Flowers
Description: The ideal candidate will possess general technical expertise, as well as extensive knowledge regarding the proper utilization of scientific equipment such as EMF meters, thermal imagers, air-ion counters, particle counters, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in research and development of technologies utilized in scientific investigation.
* Ensure all equipment is properly setup and safely stored.
* Ensure all equipment is properly checked out, and that all checkouts are logged.
* Assist new members in learning how the equipment works as well as its proper use.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors.
Community Service Manager
Current Community Service Manager(s): TBD
Responsibilities:
* Develop and coordinate a monthly community service project.
* Act as liaison between community service groups and local charities.
* Manage all projects related to community service events.
* Schedule and coordinate team members for events.
* Assist Public Relations Manager as needed and function as their back-up.
* Assist in and attend ARPAST orientations as needed.
* Maintain ARPAST reputation as a community service based group.
* Keep up on research projects, investigation skills, training, other PAS duties.
Fundraising/Marketing Manager
Current Fundraising/Marketing Manager(s): TBD
Description: The position of Fund-Raising/Marketing Manager of ARPAST is at this time, a dual purpose role. The standards are flexible and may be altered by the manager to fit their ideas for ARPAST. The following outlines some of the responsibilities, expectations, and duties of this position.
Responsibilities:
* Marketing ARPAST for various workshops, lectures, appearances, etc.
* Develop fund-raising ideas and strategies for a once-a-month fund-raising drive.
* Assist ARPAST in donation drives and gaining funds for certain projects and needs.
* Assist ARPAST in gaining venues, possibly through donation to hold fund-raising events, etc.
* Assist ARPAST in having services donated for fund-raising events.
* Assist ARPAST in gathering donations related to ARPAST Assist in recruiting efforts, interviews, and orientations of new members.
* Keep up on training, investigation skills, and research responsibilities.
*Spread the ARPAST name in a favorable manner to encourage ARPAST being known better throughout the community.
Promotions Manager

Responsibilities:
* Promote ARPAST through appearances, lectures, special events, etc.
* Coordinate and schedule lectures, events, etc.
* Assist in finding venues for events, lectures, etc. (especially through donation)
* Assist in finding and managing a promotions company for ARPAST.
* Assist in lectures, special events, appearances, etc.
* Develop marketing & promotional ideas for ARPAST.
* Assist in developing marketing materials for ARPAST.
* Function as back-up host for ARPAST functions.
* Assist in sales of sponsorships for ARPAST.
* Assist in fund-raising for ARPAST.
* Additional duties and responsibilities may be added as Promotions Manager deems necessary.
* Recruit and train assistance as needed for projects through ARPAST members and outside sources.
* Keep up on training, investigation skills, research projects, ARPAST duties.
Research Manager
Current Research Manager(s): Larry Flaxman, Tiffany Pressler
Responsibilities:
* Keep up on training, research projects, investigations skills, ARPAST duties as an investigator.
* Develop and maintain ARPAST Research Projects.
* Develop and train on new programs, equipment, and new techniques for ARPAST members.
* Oversee all ARPAST research projects.
* Assist in research prior to investigations and post-investigations.
* Recruit and manage a research team.
* Additional duties and responsibilities may be added as Research Manager deems necessary.
