Due to the size of our organization, we have developed a hierarchical team structure. This ensures fair personnel rotation for investigations, as well as building an effective management framework.

According to MIT, a team is defined as: "People working together in a committed way to achieve a common goal or mission. The work is interdependent and team members share responsibility and hold themselves accountable for attaining the results."
